What would you decide on?

What would you decide on?
I am seriously torn between which type of bird to get-!
I am having a hard time in deciding between a Blue Crown, and a Crimson Belly.
I currently have a super well behaved quaker (male) and an unknown sex black capped. THey get along fabulously now. I am wanting to add to my flock by one.
Noise is somewhat of a factor, but most of all I am looking for a mostly cuddly and safe bird for my whole family. I think I just need someone to tell me that the Crimson Bellied is what I am looking for- LOL
I am in love with so many of the conures but my two favorites are the blue crown and crimson - and of course my quaker.
I am in the process of sending away DNA for my Black Capped- I think the same sex bird as my black capped would be the best choice since my quaker is a bit dominant.
Input on this is welcomed!! What would you choose and why?- between the crimson and blue crown.

Re: What would you decide on?
A blue crown would definitely be louder. Aratinga conures are known for being very vocal. Probably would be a better talker and better at learning tricks. Either one could be cuddly. I think a crimson bellied conure would be more likely to get along with your black capped conure. It would definitely be quieter and have a more reserved personality. I have both an aratinga and a pyrrhura conure so it would be very hard for me to choose between the two. They are both so different and special to me in different ways. So it's really up to you!
Re: What would you decide on?
I have no experience with either of the birds, but if I were you, I'd go for the crimson bellied! There is probably a better chance of him getting along with your other two, and they are not as loud as blue crowns.
Re: What would you decide on?
If loudness is a factor do not get a blue crown, period. You're better off with a CBC if you already know you like both their personalities (overall.) It'd be good to go meet some too of course! But I definitely would not get a blue crown if you don't want loud.
Re: What would you decide on?
I am not rushing my decision- I am flip flopping back and forth- I am actually thinking of visiting some of both to see what others are like-
I am not seriously considering the crimson and now the green cheek. I think that I would love a Blue Crown, but am just not crazy about adding more noise to my already crazy home! Thanks for all of your suggestions!

Are there any bird clubs near you? You could foster different conures for them and see which one fits your family the best.

Unfortunately there is hardly any bird breeders any where near me! I am however lucky enough to have a bird fair coming to Toledo in a few weeks- or 10 days. I am going to go and NOT bring money with me. I am just going for the sake of checking some birds out. I am hoping that will give me some direction. The reason I was looking at Crimson Bellied was because I was hoping for a laid back and quieter conure. However I think I would be just as happy with a GCC but just want to check things out and let it resonate for a while. I can drive an hour or so and know of a few breeders in about an hour's distance from me! I am terrible at making decisions and it will take me forever to make a definite call-
I hate wanting one of every bird!
That multiple Bird Syndrome is going to be the death of me!
